It’s almost here. That time of year that we celebrate Jesus’ birth. I am grateful for the slower pace of life for me around this time of year. The cold weather, no classes for a few weeks, and hot coffee and tea, makes this a reflective time for me. It helps me focus on what I want to accomplish next year, and be thankful for what has happened this year. I am so blessed, and I am thankful for every gift that I have been given. Christmas is a special time, and the ice and cold just reminds me to slow down and value all that there is in this life.
