21 Leadership Thoughts – Maxwell

Here are 21 thoughts from my leadership reading today. All are quotes of partial quotes from John Maxwell:

  1. Appreciate people for who they are.

  4. Accept your responsibility as a leader in their life.

  6. People can grow, develop, and become more effective if they have a leader who understands their potential value.

  17. Most people produce only when they feel like it. Leaders produce even when they don’t feel like it.
