Some people do great with Todo lists, notebooks, calendars, alarms, and reminders. Some have personal assistants, and even secretaries.
Here is a list that I have on my phone, ideas and thoughts that I am supposed to reflect on and somehow accomplish. But we do not live our lives to accomplish tasks! We live to help others, to glorify God. And to make the name of Jesus known around the earth. We accomplish tasks so that people can see God in the quality of our work. Not so that we can have a bunch of check marks on a page.
